Refund Policy
Physical Goods
Returns and exchanges are accepted on physical goods provided they are shipped back to me within 30 days of delivery. Please contact me as soon as possible to arrange a return. Only the cost of the product can be refunded, not the original shipping to send the product to the buyer.
Items must be returned in saleable condition in their original packaging. The buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with the seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
Digital Items
Due to the nature of digital goods, I cannot offer refunds or exchanges on them. Please be certain of your choice of item prior to your purchase of these intangible goods.
